Hello,Reflexology and Reiki is great for several conditions,such as back pain, hormonal issues/disorders, IBS, Eczema, Allergies to name just a few! However it’s also great for a pampering session and to acquire" ME Time". Reflexology works on the energy path ways also known as meridian lines. On the soles of the feet , to the practitioner - the organs of the body are mapped out on the bottom of the feet and by applying pressure to these reflex points can and will kick start the body into it’s own self - healing capabilities. My photo is alot clearer there too!
Holistic body massage is just that holistic it is fabulous at releasing lactic acid from tired aching muscles... which is linked with stress or exercise! It is beneficial in so many ways... so why not come along and try it and purely relax and unwind to some calming music whilst the massage takes place!
My training, work experience and any achievement
My training took place at the South Devon School of Reflexology, which is an accredited centre of the Association of reflexologists. This was an intensive diploma.On completion I achieved a Level 3 in reflexology.For massage, I under took my training at City College Plymouth. I achieved a level 3 in health & safety, Level3 in anatomy & physiology and a level3 in Body Massage.
I was attuned to Reiki Usui Ryoko, Levels 1&2 (Shodun and Okuden) in Ireland by a Japanese Reiki Master Hideto Nakagome.
